So, once you signed up for PR2 you probably noticed that other people are wearing hats. These hats give you different advantages in a race. See below for details and how to get them.
Hints and Tips
Kongregate Hat
To get the kongregate hat you just have to play here one time. This hat raises your winning experience by 25%.
Experience Hat
To get the experience hat you just have to play random levels with 2-4 players and it will appear randomly. This hat raises your winning experience by 50%.
Santa Hat
To get the santa hat you have to play random levels with 2-4 players and it will appear randomly. This hat lets you walk on water and mines for a short period of time.
Party Hat
To get the party hat you have to play random levels with 2-4 players and it will appear randomly. This hat makes lighting have no effect on you.
Propeller Hat
To get the propeller hat you have to be rank 15 and beat the hat factory in first. This hat lets you float down slowly from jumps by holding up.
Jump Start Hat
To the jump start hat get this hat you must play during a special Happy Hour mode and get in first in the race.This hat allows you to start early in the race.
Crown Hat
To get the crown hat you have to use Folding at Home (f@h) and get 5,000 points on team 143016. This hat makes you invincible to everything except lighting strikes.
Cowboy Hat
To get the cowboy hat you have to use Folding at Home (f@h) and get 100,000 points on team 143016. You can also use it when it is super flying cowboy hat mode but only for that level. Super flying cowboy hat mode appears randomly on any level except the campaign levels. This hat lets you fly anywhere on the map.
Top Hat

To get the Top Hat you must play a level by "-Shadowfax-"' called The Golden Compass. If you manage to beat that level you will be awarded the Top Hat. The Top Hat allows you to walk through green blocks (except the top of them).
Moon Hat
To get the moon hat you must visit http://jiggmin.com/forums/25-Platform-Racing-2 and find the latest "PR2-Luna-Campaign Week #" and follow the instructions in Jiggmin's post. This hat will give you LUX aka money for Jiggmin's upcoming game Luna, but only if you win a race that is longer then 1:30 minutes long and beat it while wearing the hat.
Jigg Hat
To get the Jigg hat you must seach the username Zephir and play his level Buto (EXACT). The hat doesn't show up as a winnable prize at the beginning of the race; you must wait in a certain place in the level when 0:43 is remaining for the hat to start falling. Grab it and win the race with it on to win it. Jump on people to slow them to a crawl, and to jump extra high from the momentum!
Thief Hat
To get the thief hat you must beat Apocalypse by Divinity. Pick up a knocked off thief hat to steal another player’s hat!
